Årets første alumnisamling fant sted 21. januar 2025. Det var en workshop i Live Writing med det spanske kompaniet Escritura en Vivo, som var på besøk hos UNG TEKST for å lede en rekke verksteder. Kursholderne Marcos Xalabarder og Alba Teixido inviterte alumniene med på et laboratorie der Live Writing ble undersøkt som et potensiale for en ny form for scenekunst.

Kurstittelen var “Laboratory: Exploring New Techniques for Live Performance” og kursholderne skrev følgende om innholdet:

“Our final workshop is the most specialized and based on the research work of the LABDRAM laboratory at Sala Beckett, which we have conducted for four years. Aimed at theater professionals, it will address the question of how to use live writing as the main device of a dramaturgical proposal. This workshop will start with some dynamics invented by the organizers to then open up a space for exploration and collective creation. The ultimate goal is to reflect on and put int practice creative principles that incorporate text and writing on stage.

Alumniene deltok også på lunsj og middag sammen med kursholderne; en viktig sosial setting for å mingle og bygge nettverk.
